Brand

  • Founded in Milan in 1993 by Franco Cassina, Nemo is deeply rooted in the legacy of Italian modernism and architectural design. The brand brings together iconic works by pioneers such as Le Corbusier and Charlotte Perriand with contemporary lighting by designers including Arihiro Miyake, Jehs+Laub, and Bernhard Osann. Known for its sculptural simplicity and architectural clarity, Nemo’s collection includes pendants, wall lights, table and floor lamps that balance innovation with enduring form. These designs are both expressive and adaptable, frequently appearing in spaces that celebrate the best of contemporary interior and architectural design.

Product Details

Kuta Wall Light by Nemo revisits Vico Magistretti’s 1979 design, showcasing his fascination with pure geometry and expressive light. A circular aluminium reflector diffuses the light source from behind, creating an eclipse-like visual effect that blends contrast and subtlety.

The two-tone screen—white on one side, black on the other—is paired with chromed mounting hardware and a hemispherical support that anchors the fixture with minimal visual weight.

Whether used in hallways, stairwells, or feature walls, Kuta offers a graphic, architectural presence paired with soft, ambient light.
